Test Principle

 Using the electrolytic sensor method to test the principle, nitrogen with stable relative humidity flows in one side of the film, dry nitrogen flows in the other side of the film; Due to the existence of humidity gradient, water vapor diffuses through the film from the high humidity side to the low humidity side. On the low humidity side, the water vapor passing through is carried to the sensor by the flowing dry nitrogen, and the same proportion of electrical signals will be generated when entering the sensor. Through the analysis and calculation of the sensor electrical signals, the water vapor transmittance and other parameters of the sample can be obtained. For the packaging container, dry nitrogen is flowing inside the container, and the outside of the container is in a state of high humidity.
