Test principles and product description
GTR-V3 adopts the differential pressure method test principle; the pre-processed sample is placed between the upper and lower test chambers, and clamped.First, the low pressure chamber (lower chamber) is vacuumized, and then the whole system is vacuumized; when reaching the specified vacuum degree, close the test chamber, to the high pressure chamber (upper chamber) filled with a certain pressure of the test gas, and ensure the formation of a constant pressure difference on both sides of the sample (adjustable); in this way, under the action of differential pressure gradient, the gas will be penetrated by the high pressure side and low pressure side. Through the monitoring and processing of the pressure inside the low pressure side, the barrier parameters of the test samples can be obtained. It fully complies with GB1038, ASTM D1434 and other standards.
